Welcome to Transformed by his Word.

My name is Christian and I have built this website to help people find relief from being stuck in a cycle of unwanted behaviours and limiting beliefs. I found the journey to freedom started with changing the way I saw myself. Once I identify negative beliefs I held about myself, I was able to change them. This really helped me when it came to defusing the triggers that would lead me to behaviours I really wanted to stop. Equipped with knowledge and a support group of others on the same journey I started to see real success in stopping those unwanted behaviours. A safe place and an effective process is what I found was the pathway to transformation. A place where you can be honest, transparent and accountable. A place where I followed a process that enabled change from behaviours I had engaged in for many years. Even with success if my early journey it took 10 months before I believed change was possible. So if your starting this journey of change it’s helpful to understand these changes often take time. Slowly, slowly a little bit here a little bit there and before you know it you are in a totally different place.

I want the content created here to be available as a resource for individuals to build a new foundation ideally in a group setting. For me 2 things need to be rightly understood and applied for our lives to be fruitful. We must understand who we are based on God’s word. We must understand who God is based on his word’s description of himself. As we grow up in this world the world informs our identity and our concept of God. When we live under those shadows we are not living according the truth and light of his Word. Transformed by his word is designed to bring us back to the truth of his word and allow that word to change us and remould us into the image of God.
